 PROJECT EDUCATE HER

be our partner

About Project Educate Her.

The program serves girls living here in the US and abroad in Zimbabwe, a country in Southern Africa. The program is a venture that is near and dear to our founder's heart. Evelyn grew up seeing and experiencing the need for basic necessities among girls to continue their education. Her passion for learning fuelled by the need to provide girls with access to education became a lifelong commitment. Project Educate Her aims to meet those needs by sponsoring a girls' education and making sure she has access to what she needs to stay in the classroom.

Primary Education

We are sponsoring girls through their primary education by providing them with the resources they need to be successful students. In many developing countries, girls miss out on education due to the lack of the basics. We support them by sponsoring their tuition, providing them with school supplies, uniforms, shoes, socks, and in other cases, food.

Secondary Education

As girls move beyond their primary education, many challenges arise. During puberty, many face difficulties getting the basics for their hygiene. Something as simple as a sanitary pad can impact her decision to continue with education. We work to make sure no girl ever has to choose between her education and hygiene. We commit to their hygienic needs so that they do not miss out on school.

Higher Education

Progressing beyond a secondary or high school education is a challenge due to economic hardships faced by their families. We invest  in young women who are looking to further their education but lack the financial resources. We invest in girls through scholarships, and work-study programs through community based volunteering, and mentoring programs.
